I found this thread with a similar issue, but none of the replies allowed me to solve this issue from occurring on our machine. Upon research of this issue, it appears there are a multiple possible issues that could cause this, however the only variable in our situation is that we moved from the Trial version of Advanced Installer to the licensed Java version 10.1. Unfortunately, on one of our in-house computers running Windows 7 64bit, we receive the following error when attempting to run the installer Recently, we purchased a Java license in order to release the installer to some customers for beta testing.
I have found success in using the trial version of Advanced Installer to build windows-based installers for our Java application.
